lovely indeed. bone body and sail, probably cost a fortune 'new', i forget where I bought it now, but didn't
pay more than 3 euros!
Here's doors (not in frame) leaning against existing doorway. Interior side the varnish is fine. I'm thinking they could go maybe 5feet back 1.50cm into room and then run a wall back to doorway (where glass shelf to right of picture is). Light switch will need relocating but that's the least of the job I could use one of the two glass pane walls that originally divided the lounge into front and back rooms, for the side wall - the shorter of the two wood framed pane wotsits is 150 long There is an appreciable noise reduction already, nothing like upstairs but with the louvre slats replaced and properly seated and gaps gapped it would make another big step up in sound improvement. And probably good enough. It's alright sleeping in a crypt but you don't necessarily need to watch tv in one.
